Pretty good and responsive customer service. However, they did not inform me until after I reached out to them that one item I had purchased was on back order. I got a full refund for that item but I would have appreciated if they told me that ASAP. Instead, I got my package, realized that it was missing an item, contacted customer service myself, and had to wait for a reply, only to be informed that I would not be receiving the product. Regardless, the items shipped quickly and arrived fairly fast considering international shipping and delays due to COVID-19.

The reason why I gave only 4 stars is because my first order was a disaster. One color in my eye shadow arrived broken and one of the items was missing. Later, I contact costumer service With clear information about my missing item, and They did not resolve anything at this point my item still missing. However, Despite of one broken color in my eye shadow . I really like the quality and the beautiful colors of my eye shadow palette, so I gave another chance to Colorpop . I place a second order two eye shadow palettes, brushes, a lipgloss. I will give 5 stars to the second order because everything was well protected arrive in perfect condition and complete. The products are amazing. Overall I took down 1 star for my first experience, and keep the 4 just to be fear. Thank you

didn’t like the silicone beauty blender and my eyeliner sadly didn’t come in. other than that i loves everything else!

Great products, just took forever to ship. The eyeshadow is honestly the best I've used, never creases. Also make sure you love what you buy bc there's no refunds.

The shipment was delayed because of covid but understandable. My palette was securely wrapped and arrived safely thank you so much !

The contacts were great! It took longer shipping but I understand that. The tracking part was off as well. The products are great and recommend them to family and friends!

Would have liked to know something wasn't in stock when I ordered it. Or had been notified early enough that I could have possibly chosen a different color.
