I was happy with the prices of everything, but I would really have loved to see swatches for some of the items. Some items only had a picture of what it was, but didn’t show any swatches on somebody’s skin. Also, I’m not so happy that I couldn’t combine my student discount with the discount that was already online. The whole point of a student discount is to not pay so much because we have classes and books to pay for. I really wish student discounts could be combined with any sales going on the website.

Too many new releases, non-biodegradable glitter in eye palettes, too much plastic in packaging.

I always love the products but I hate when things run out of stock during a sale. If the product is coming back sometime why don’t you offer an option for back order and ships when it comes back? Was ordering close to $300 on this order and $240 was out of stock.

I love you colourpop beautiful shades..but I feel like you need to work on your formula sometimes the matte comes off really easy. I know that’ll probably increase the price a little but it’ll be worth it

This was my first order. It kinda reminded me of shopping at Belk... You have all these coupons, but they didn't work on ANYTHING that I ordered.

I was very disappointed to find the going coconuts eye shadow palette sold out and not made available for back order with guaranteed sale price.

I love all the palettes but the shipping is so expensive.

I think the shipping it’s so slow 😥
