I love colourpop products which is why I continue to order again and again. I placed an order on 11/26/19 and I received a confirmation email. As of this morning I have yet to receive a shipment email. I placed other orders the same day (with different companies) and I received them today. On My last colourpop purchase I received some brow pencils that were clearly old because they looked white and not coco brown. I submitted email and pictures but colourpop took me through so many changes and they wanted more pictures to replace all 5 or 6 brow pencils. They ended up sending me only 2 replacement. The product is very good for the price but I think the shipment time could be better and customer service could be much better when there is a product issue.

So your website is a bit hard to use, I understand that you have different brands on your website but I'd love to see straight forward options to browse. It's stopped me from purchasing on multiple occasions. Also trying to login and check out was a nightmare, it had me log in three separate times to check out it was not worth it.

why I don‘t have the 10%discount！

Prices were great. However, a lot of the pallets I wanted to buy were out of stock. It was very disappointing.

My order came incorrect. I have been trying for a week to reach customer service. No one responds. I’m going to open a paypal claim since my order was sent incomplete and incorrect.

Bought shadow palette for my daughter for Christmas. Signed up to receive 10% off my 1st order and it wouldnt allow me to use the code. Not a great 1st experience

When you select an article and want to return to the previous page, you come back on te beginning of the page and not on the article that you selected before.
