I heard about your local and non toxic make up on the vice channel and I really wanted to try it. I’m excited to try it once it’s delivered. Only 3 stars because I like your company so far... waiting to see the quality and pigment of your make up.

Takes forever to ship goods.

I love colourpop products but For my latest purchase nov 30 I still haven’t received a follow up email with tracking details.

So the website was pretty easy to navigate however if I could suggest some improvements they would be: - when you get to the bottom of the webpage (I was on my iPhone) it looks like there is no more products, but I worked out after the third time shopping on your site, that if I pulled/dragged down the bottom of the page, it would load more products. So I ended up buying over 3 orders coming to a cumulative total of US $735.13 or AUD $1076.91 Had I not have missed these products the first and second time, I would have just place one big order instead of 3 smaller ones. Please feel free by the way to send them all in one package/box to me in Australia. 😊 I’m not that bothered but it could save you guys packing 3 separate orders for me. - If there was a filter for items only in stock. So much stuff was sold out and it was heart breaking looking through and then my eyes dropped to the ‘sold out’ bar underneath it. - the shopping cart is a bit lagging/slow when you are deleting items or adjusting quantities in your cart. I accidentally deleted some things I didn’t want to because of this and then had to go back and work out what it was. - is there is an option to put prices in other currencies that would be awesome but I really didn’t mind too much because I could just go to a currency conversion website (xe.com) and work our how much it was going to cost me before I proceed to checkout. Anyway, sorry for sounding like I’m knit-picking, but I thought you would want to know if there was any improvements that could be made. And i almost missed out on not seeing so many items because of them not loading without me forcing them to. This could therefore increase sales for you guys! 😊 I’m so excited to get my shipment of Colorpop, thank you so much for shipping to Australia now!

In general it was a good experience, but the shopping cart was frustratingly restrictive. I couldn't pull it up on its own page without initiating payment, the items in the cart aren't linked to their item page and I can only edit the cart when I'm viewing it as a sidebar but not during checkout. It feels unnecessarily byzantine and causes a lot of extra clicking around that after a while eats away at my desire to follow through with buying anything at all. Good for the search and destroy type of shopper I suppose, but my purchases are usually the result of casual browsing. The checkout experience is just restrictive enough to push the decision to buy from a casual yes to a nevermind.

Glitchy website and a bit overwhelming. I still haven’t gotten my package shipped out yet and it’s been almost a week. I do understand it’s the holidays, but you should also understand the demand
