I never got my order. I also never got any response to any correspondence I started.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed that I wasted my money on the Lizzie McGuire lip glosses. I honestly had such high hopes. Immediately when I opened the package I could see the pink lip gloss cap was broken and leaking. I can’t even put it in my pocket without it leaking everywhere. I reached out to colourpop in a support ticket and provided pictures, yet received no response. Disappointed in this company and launch.

The lipgloss began leaking everywhere. Incredibly sticky and hard to was out of purse and remove from car. My steering wheel is still extremely sticky after weeks of wiping down

Horrible company. Worst customer service I have ever encountered and their concealer was watery and barely had coverage. I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times about order issues and they have NEVER gotten back to me. Never purchasing from this company again.

I never received my order

I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my life. It was like pulling teeth to get an actual response from them. Their contact page takes too long and you don’t really get a straight forward response. I had to go to Instagram and comment on a picture about my experience just to get their attention. I was sent the wrong product and just wanted what I had ordered. After going back and fourth several times in dms and then email, they only offered me a credit for the product they failed to send me. After this experience and hearing about many others who didn’t have a good experience from colour pop, I didn’t want a credit since I will not be buying from here again. Eventually after being stern, they offered me a refund for the product. All in all, never again.

I never received my order, they repeatedly refused to help me even though I’ve always ordered their big collabs and have never ever had any issue. My Lizzie McGuire set was out as delivered but it wasn’t delivered to the correct address. Colourpop refused to help me even after I showed them my reports from Usps stating the package was delivered to the wrong house. Anyway they suck!

All products ordered have the worst payoff. AND non refundable. Waste of money.
