Goods are great, but shipping is a little too slow.

The palettes are absolutely beautiful but some of the packaging have deep cuts in them or are slightly damaged, so that is a shame really. Quality wise the eyeshadows are amazing.

The products are great but it has been over a week and my products still hasn't shipped.

I ordered last Sunday and here it is 6 days later and it hasn’t been shipped yet! It’s a Black Friday sale, you’d expect a higher amount of orders, they should’ve planned better for this!

Slow processing and shipping. 3 shadows and a villian kit, so just under $300 in 1 shopping bag. I ordered on 11/24 and villian kit did not ship until 12/3, hoping to get 12/12. Shadows I did get 12/2, but your shipping doesnt say what items being shipped either. (14899166-order #)

Taking forever to ship

seven days later and my package has still not been shipped

I love their products the only negative thing is during holiday seasons it takes awhile to get a shipping confirmation email. It would be helpful if they sent out an email at least informing their customers that they are working on it instead of leaving their customers worried if their money was lost.
