Great items, great price, very slow delivery

It’s taking too long to get my order shipping information but i love their make up

I love Colourpop everything. But I usually get the cosmetics in gift form, so I've never really bought anything myself. Next week is my aunt's birthday so I decided to get her some makeup. My original plan was to get a custom palate. So I tried to get the 24 set pan. After choosing EVERY colour, I went to checkout. This is where I had a problem. It said that I could only have 20 items at once. Each eyeshadow colour is a individual product, and counted as 1 item, meaning I had 24. In the end I couldn't get that, so I went for the Bare Necessities and a few lippie stixs. I have a bunch of Colourpop cosmetics, and I absolutely love them, but when it came to the process before getting it in your hands was a bit rough for me.

The shipping process is too slow. It’s been a week since I placed the order, and the package is still not shipped.

I’m a bit disappointed I haven’t received a shipping confirmation 5 days after my order. Love the products though!

I was missing an eyeshadow

The prices have increased so the sales are worth the hype. All the eyeshadow palettes are too similar beside the colors series. Too many drops for items that look the same. I mean the blush and highlighters are great.

I love your products but unfortunately my order has only been confirm and that’s it. It usually doesn’t take this long. I was so excited for everything I ordered and paid for. I wasn’t expecting shipping to be processed so slowly.
