I love the makeup but the I have purchased something a week and half ago with no response that it is shipped. I understand that the holidays cause more orders but by now I should of gotten something

I enjoy the prices, but have not received any shipping information since I placed my order 1 week ago. So I'm not sure what's going on.

I didnt have much knowledge about colourpop until i used a palette that my friend had. I then tried to go buy the palette and it was unfortunately sold out. So i went to make my own palette and when i did they only showed you the shades in there palette form which i would have really liked to see them swatched. Anyway i bought the palette any way but now it is takingg for ever to get here.

Shipping is taking forever. Been a week and my order is not even shipped yet. A very big negative even if the products are good.

where is my order? its been 6 days and you haven't even let me know if my order has shipped or not....come on. great products tho

Love your products, but takes too long to ship! I’ve never had this problem before, as I always received products in time. I also think there are WAY too many launches. I get that you guys will not stop, but it’s too many products and I feel like it’s making Colourpop look desperate for money and hype. A fewer products would be a little better in my opinion. And working with less popular influencers — I mean, how many times are we going to see popular ones like KathleenLights pop up?! There are a lot of great influencers (some of whom you tag...) who are super talented. Please consider using them for collabs!
