This was my first time using the Colourpop site. My daughter is very passionate about make up. So I ordered her a set for Christmas. Placing the order was easy. I just wish there was an easier way to track my order. I placed my order 9 days ago and have yet to receive any communication as to when my order will ship. I must say, I am a little disappointed.

My first order with Colourpop. I am feeling a bit disappointed with customer service and shipping process. After reading these reviews I see I'm not alone! On day 9 and order still "processing". Say what? Obviously the product is a hit, but the shipping process is just unacceptable. I hope my order makes it under the 🌳.

First time ordering from Colourpop. It wasn't even shipped for a full week until after I ordered. It was so long, I actually wrote in. The customer service reps were very polite and referred me to the FAQs which state that there is a 3-5 business day (weekends & holidays don't count -- clearly called out) "processing time" and then add another 4 days if there are any "launches" going on. Which means you may wait up to 9 business days (2 weeks) before your product even ships. I found this a bit bizarre for a brand that consistently launches new product. Clearly there is a bottleneck where they can't keep up w/ the demand in order to ship in a timely manner. The good news is: once shipped, the product arrives quickly because they use priority mail. If you google "Colourpop shipping" there are all kinds of forums discussing their 'processing time' so it's a known issue. Hope they fix it because this brand seems really great otherwise.

I give 3star because I like colour pop but they charge tax and it’s take long for shipping confirmation.i ordered December 3rd still I don’t get shipping Confirmation.they don’t shipped it yet.

Se que el problema no se debió a ustedes(Colourpop), ya que me enviaron los productos pero la aduana me retuvo el paquete(paleta de sombras personalizadas de 24 colores + una paleta + un iluminador) y por más cosas que enviaba para liberar mí pedido no me lo entregaron ya que según ello superaba el pedido de 4 productos por envío. Felizmente Colourpop me devolvió el dinero, y con ello pude realizar otra compra de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en aduanas. Me quedé con la ilusión de tener aquellas sombras, pero bueno. Gracias por la atención Colourpop.

I would like to have a return policy. Also a way to look up status of your order. I understand it is the holiday and shipments are delayed, but I am unable to get status on my order.

I orderEd, and i’m trying to enter my order history and appears my account doesn’t exist, And i cant see how much time is going to take until my purchase comes.

It’s been 2 weeks since I ordered and I still never got the shipping email....
