Good brand and quality for the price

I got my first order a few days ago and I’m loving the products (super shock cheek, orange you glad palette, grande bff eyeliner, disco lady gel glitter) but I’m upset that the packaging came with lots of scratches on the plastic as well as some weird residue. I don’t know if their warehouses/factories are low quality or whatever but I usually see a lot about the condition of their products being in bad shape. Trying to get a replacement or at least a refund on the gel glitter since I’m 99% sure it’s a dud. They should do a little better. I also don’t like that they include non eye safe glitters and other shades in their eyeshadow palettes.

I bought the Going Coconut palet. I love the colors, they are well pigmented and creamy, however there are alot of kickback and fallout, therefore I don't feel like I can give it a five star review.

ColourPop is relatively affordable for their range. The large glitter eyeshadows in palettes are poor quality, but the mattes and shimmers are nice. The liquid lipsticks are not my favorite, and the lip gloss has a weird hard brush applicator. The luxe lipstick (at least the Mulan one) is a good purchase. I only purchase Colourpop for their limited edition products, hopefully will try their blush at one point

My first experience ordering was very emotional. It was for the restock of the sailor moon collection. The site restocked minutes before it said it would and check out process took forever to which only no stock left. However, managed to get a palette but was notified within days, of an offer of a notification email when the restock was coming up. Delivery came within a week to the uk packaged well. Loved the palette. 🥰

Things go out of stock too quickly so I docked a star. Some lipsticks don't have staying power as well but otherwise, love you guys! Keep at it.
