usually great, however, my last order they sent me the wrong color eyeliner which is a pain in the butt

Ordering was ok, this was a gift request from my daughter, said I'd get an email when it ships, it has been 13 days and no email yet, now I'm worried it won't be here for Christmas. My Morphe order was here in a week.

I ordered 3 of bittipop only got 1. Please ship the rest.

Its been 10 days and i have not received an update or email about my products i ordered

The shipment is so slow during the black Friday and it is too late that I may need to cancel it or reschedule my plan.

I like the products but their shipping is horrible. I’ve ordered when it’s not around the holidays and it still takes forever.

Love the products, they're SO beautiful & pigmented!! HOWEVER; I ordered on Nov. 29th, and it took nearly two weeks to arrive. (Received on Dec. 11th) Not sure if I should be that picky about it, but the shipping did say 3-5 business days. One of the packages for a brow pencil did also come pretty destroyed (pencil is okay!) But I still love everything!! <3

Great prices and loved the notification for restocks, was able to finally get to order the lippie sticks bundle. Did not like lack of communication for delay shipping of my order. Placed order over a week ago and still no update on shipping. Understand that holidays and sales right now, but would’ve appreciated an update at least 10 days later. Don’t really like the no return policy, but very cheap so can’t complain. Just wish I could try products at brick and mortar store, but none of my Ultas ever have anything from colourpop in stock.
