I have to give one star based on a recent customer service experience and damaged items. I still really enjoy the makeup in general. When I received a recent order 2 items fell apart the instant I opened them. When I contacted customer service they basically blew me off and gave a "coupon code" which is ridiculous and completely useless. I would have appreciated replacement items or a refund but it was clear they didn't really care. I'll certainly be more cautious when I purchase from this company.

My product came in with one of the eyeshadows smashed in shipping. I reached out to customer service and never heard back.

I had to pay tax for my order. This is the reason Thatcher i will not order any more.

Lip mini kits are amazing ..sheer but still colorful..shipping is beyond slow..I know..covid..yada yada yada..and selection is always limited...very very limited..but don't worry you can buy what you wanted on mercari or ebay for 4 times retail..last purchase

My order was never delivered and I wasn't offered a refund. Colourpop were not helpful in trying to sort out my delivery issue by DHL and took no responsibility. I had to contact DHL myself, but in the end my delivery never came.

Order was stolen at doorstep and colourpop said that it was just because of covid late delivery :) did not get refunded or had anything resent.

I still haven't received my package from colourpop. I ordered my package on march 31, contacted customer they told me packages usually take 10-21 business days. Business days does not include holidays or weekends.

I ordered together with a friend to share the cost of shipping and customs. When the parcel arrived my item was not in it. At first customer service offered me a voucher to the value of the missing item but that was useless to me as I would have to pay again for shipping and customs. I was then given a refund and I’m left without the product that I had wanted. A disappointing experience.
