Took too long to arrive. liquid lips are too cakey.

I bought the eyeliner/mascara bundle, it took 3 weeks to arrive. The price was good. I liked the eyeliner easy to apply, the mascara not at all, after a couple of hours it started crumbling all over my eyes, this had never happened to me with any other mascara, I gave it another try the next day and the same thing happened.

Not fully coloupops fault but I order this package in hopes to get it for Christmas as to why I ordered it early, but I have still not received it an it is coming on to a month. I understand not your fault but still a very long time. Also this is my mistake but also an improvement that could be made on your behalf, when I googled your site it kept reading as au (for Australia) in the search bar so as I just assumed it was Australian currency which I soon learned that it was definitely not and my total bill the next day on my account was huge and not what I was expecting, it wasn't until I got the email and payed did it show the true price in Australian dollars. I think your sight should have been more clear on that or perhaps and option to change currency, I honestly don't know if I would have purchased the products knowing it was the price I payed. I am still yet to receive and try the products so I can't really judge the quality and if the price was suitable and if I would purchase again.

Took forever to ship and receive, and missing an item, also eyeshadows were much different then expected

The products I ordered were really great quality! Unfortunately the shipping process took longer than I was hoping. I ordered on November 29th, and my product didn't ship until December 8th. I understand being busy with Black Friday, but more than a week delay until it leaves the warehouse??

Commande passée le 20 novembre, reçu un mois plus tard le 17 décembre. J'ai bien cru ne pas recevoir ma commande pour Noël. Il y a quelques années lorsque je commandais, je recevais un magnifique carton décoré que je gardais comme rangement , aujourd'hui plus rien. 35 euros de frais de douane... Bon ce n'est pas la faute de Colorpop mais c'est la goutte d'eau de trop. Les produits ont l'air bien, même si je ne m'attendais pas à ce que les palettes soient aussi petite la qualité est là... C'est le principal.

I like the smell and feel of the lipsticks but the colors were not what I thought they would be. Also my lipstick was smashed on the end as if the cap was put on before it was dialed down all the way. I will probably check out more colors in Ulta

Last order I got the wrong color product and when you try to contact them it is extremely difficult. I ordered again on Black Friday since they had some deals and it is now December 16th and I still haven’t received my items or even a shipping confirmation. I’ve bought from colourpop for YEARS and never once had any issues until recently.
