The shadows are so chalky which I found hard to blend and aren’t as pigmented as I would like. The glitters looked like they were shoved into the pan and were basically falling out upon opening the palette. One of the shadows already fell out of the pan! The box it was shipped in came all dented. Overall very disappointed. Don’t think I will be shopping again with this brand

My order has been sitting in the same mail facility since April 11th!!!! Guarantee it shows up damaged and broken! This is absurd. I spent practically a year not buying stuff online, especially when the mail was bad last year. I’ve ordered stuff over the last couple of months and Coloupop is the stuff I’ve ordered that has experienced any delay to this extent...and I’ve ordered stuff from out of the country!

The quality is good , however the product is damage that there is some ink on it . That the ink of the bill in the box stick on the product

I NEVER received my order and would actually like a refund. I tried contacting customer service since the shipment tracker said they didn’t had the correct address even though I correctly entered it when I made my order and they just sent me a useless link that was supposed to inform me which was the shipping company to correct your mistake. I couldn’t get in contact with the provider even though I searched for their public phone number, I’m not sure they have offices in my country. I was very excited for my purchase but I’m NEVER buying again and I’m telling my friends to never do so.

My color fell out of the pans ... it was clumpy and not like eye shadow should be.

All three of the eyeshadow quads I ordered arrived broken. I’ve emailed Colourpop 3 times and have in the past two weeks since receiving it and haven’t ever gotten a response from the company.

Bon encore un commentaire plus que négatif ! Une palette oubliée dans le colis et aucun geste commercial tout simplement on m'a envoyer sur les roses ! Deuxièmement ils se fichent vraiment de tout ce qui est hors usa ! Et nous en bon pigeons on continue de commander... Et bien stop 🛑. Aujours hui une nouvelle collection sort... Et bien morte de rire ! Déjà que la Belgique n'as pas droit au frais de douanes compter au panier (bien sûr elle ! La France elle y a droit !) aujourd'hui elle propose livraison gratuite mais à seulement les usa. Et bien écoute garde bien tes produits surtout que bientôt les frais de douanes seront d office (1 juillet) et j'irais ailleurs. Mais vous allez avoir mal au portefeuille garantit !

Got the stone cold fox palette. Total waste of money, powdery, terrible color pay off and I can't even get my money back. Just awful, ive used colorpop in the past and loved it but this particular pallet was just a disappointment.
