Products are great, however I never received an email with tracking information on either of my two orders

Bought the Bikini Bottom and Berry Me in Lipsticks from Safiya and absolutely love the lipsticks. Smooth, very pigmented, suits my skin tone and doesn't dry out my lips. Would definitely buy them again in future. Only negative is the processing and delivery time. Using DHL, you'd think it'll arrive soonish, but it took over 3 weeks to get to New Zealand. Usually it takes 10 days max from the US.Also took Colourpop 5 days to just process the transaction, which I think is ridiculous for a business that has such a large e-commerce side. So yay for the lipsticks - but wish I could buy them any where else than from Colourpop's site.

I LOVE Colourpop and the only complaint was that it took a little bit to get here but was expected because of the pandemic. I CAN’T WAIT to play with the new makeup!!!!

Love all my palettes from CP!! First one was Baby Got Peach about a month ago and now I have 7 palettes. My ONLY issue was that my “In A Trance” palette came in and one of the shadows wasn’t filled fully, it was loose, and about a week in it came out of the press (as a whole chunk) entirely.... My outreaches to the company were ignored and I haven’t been able to get a response when I brought it up. Other than that, I love everything.

I love the products, but have difficulty getting the items I like because they were out of stock.

Colors are awesome. Long lasting wear. Just would like them a tiny bit less powdery a bit messy,needed to spritz brushes in setting spray or to dry. But overall I'd def buy more. Great company

Only downside is, is that I live in Australia and can take sometimes a month or a little bit more to arrive
