I really like the selection of products on the website and have loved most of what I have purchased from you guys so far. But it takes way too long for an order to be delivered (in fact I still haven't received my order from December 4th), if it even is delivered in full. I have made only 2 orders so far and the first one was delivered way too late and with less than half of the products I had ordered. And I haven't received the second one yet. It's a real shame because it's frustrating to be so excited about products and you don't receive them earlier than 40 days, if you receive them at all, that is. It's a good thing you guys offer store credit for the things customers do not receive but what is the point of that if the order made with that credit doesn't arrive either? Thanks

While I love colourpop products, the shipping can be a pain. I live internationally and understand that shipping can take longer to get to me but I was incredibly frustrated to not see any holiday cut off times for ordering when ordering Christmas presents for my family and had to chase up the customer service team to get an ETA on my shipping as the processing time had doubled from the estimated. I love their products but just be mindful of the shipping, especially if you’re international.

I am always very satisfied with the quality of the products especially considering the good price. Unfortunately, both times I ordered, I had a broken item. One of them was an eyeshadow in a palett and the last time was a highlighter. It can still be used but it is a bummer.

Im just disapointed for the customs fees...

Many times it didn’t reach my address and just got a refund. :(

Cheap cosmetics with an okay quality. Eye shadow doesn’t blend great and the lip kit that I got smells weird. Overall great prices, but you get what you pay for.

Delay in the order!

I really enjoy your products but the shipping is awful. I live in the same state as ColourPop & when I place an order it takes at least a full week or longer for my order to be processed & leave your facility. That is just too long, PLEASE improve your processsing & shipping times!
