I would have given more stars. The pallet was wonderful! The only issue is the shipping time. Took way too long. If they can work on the shipping I definitely would purchase another pallete!

The product is good, but shipping took much longer than stated. Many customers were having issues with shipping and customer service, yet Colourpop continued to release new items. If you have a backlog of shipping and can’t serve current customers, don’t keep releasing and promoting new things. It’s common sense.

I received a broken pencil and I still didn’t know what are they gonna do it

Love the products. Probably the longest I've ever had to wait for anything to come in the mail. EVER. I get that it was the holiday season , but I've ordered stuff around Christmas (including from Colourpop) and I've never had to wait this long for my order. Still love the brand but I was just upset I had to wait so long.

Slow transport and the first time I brought it my friend sent me a link but it just recognised as myself

LOVE Colourpop but they have changed from Royal Mail to Hermes courier when it reaches the UK. Hermes lost and couldnt find my parcel for 3 weeks. Colourpop are unaware of how useless Hermes are and need to pick another UK courier ASAP.
