Not helpful customer service
i actually haven’t ordered from them before this first purchase I made, so I was not aware of the no returns policy. I know cheap brands like elf don’t accept returns but even their customer service is more helpful. If I’m paying $30 for a palate I don’t consider that cheap. I was not aware of a need to photograph broken make up because that is not underlined for consumers upon purchase, so of course I threw my palette away because why the heck would I keep a bunch of broken colored powder around while I waited for them to respond to my inquiry (which took over a week). They were not willing to waive this policy a single time for a first time customer or direct me to someone that could provide any support. I didn’t ask for my entire order to be replaced/refunded, just the one broken item. I don’t expect free things, but when your product breaks because your shipper crushes your box, you take my money, and then withhold it because of some well hidden policy you could at least offer some kind of discount. Just because you lost a policy somewhere in the depths of your site doesn’t mean it’s accessible to everyone. What a bizarre policy anyway. It seriously demonstrates a lack to trust in your own customers. If something was missing from my order how would you expect me to photograph that? This is terrible customer service, I’ve never had to wait so long for a company to respond just to be told they refuse to help me. This is at best drug store level makeup with drugstore prices so I’d rather go order from Walgreens where they will accept a return for a poor quality product than waste my time here.
