I bought some products and then colourpop saidone of them was out of stock. The arrival came late and I'm still waiting for the last product, even tho I appreciate the present as an apology

I bought my first eyeshadow palette from you about a month ago and loved it! I had to order another one, but this time I tried the Create Your Own palette. I love that this was an option! There were a lot of colors out of stock, but many of the colors that I wanted were there aside from a couple of them. I love the layout of the website, it makes it easy to view and buy products. And I love the quality of your eyeshadows!

If all about your order tracking is good, colourpop has a great prize/quality. But if you have some problem about a package lost or something like this.... Customer care isn't the best

The makeup is always on point, I'll always be a colour pop girl, just wish it didn't take so long to get my palettes

The eyeshadows from Colourpop are amazing. I’m using them for my wedding makeup! Highlighter is POPPIN’ and the matte lipsticks are some of my favorite. Tons of color options and choices for any look you need.

The customer care is incredible, but products were broken and now I haven't heard back.

I love your products and customer service very much. This would be a 5 star review if it weren't for the fact that products take a long time to get here. Last time I purchased a product it was delayed twice.
