Never received any communication from your company after I ordered. I placed my order , never received a confirmation entail or any email telling me that my order shipped. Plus I fell it took a long to receive my order from start to finish, Christmas is over it shouldn’t take so long

My last order was missing pieces and took almost a month to even be shipped. I did get credit for the missing items, but it was only $18 and I have to have $50 to get free shipping.

The customer service is atrocious. I will NEVER ORDER ANOTHER ITEM DIRECT FROM COLOURPOP. The only thing that saved them was that they finally came to a resolution after I had ordered a package over a month it took for some results bc the package was a gift. The package was never delivered. I was not happy. I love their makeup but I am done ordering from them. I've never had a worse customer experience.
