No he recibido el producto!!

Horrible customer service, there were some trouble with the shipping and they never answered, and when I sent them a message on social media, they were not cooperating and never gave any concrete answer and no help at all. Will not be ordering from them again when there customer service is this bad. Wasn’t the first time I had this experience either

My eyeshadow palette was arrived broken. I asked for refund and Colourpop don’t answer.

My eyeshadows came shattered and after sending two emails, I still haven’t received a response after a more than a month. I have no way other than email to contact them and it seems I won’t be getting any response going forward.

I placed and paid for my order on 15 April 2021 and still haven’t received it as yet, it’s now 27 May 2021, way more than a month! When I track my parcel it’s been sitting at Frankfurt since 3 May

There is basically almost 2 months that I purchased the product and I haven’t received the parcel yet. I left few messages on the website and I had no response. It’s completely disappointing.

My order never arrived, even after 3 weeks that the tracking number had said it had been delivered. I sent multiple messages via their customer service program on their website and never got a response. I contacted PayPal in hopes to get at least a refund through them. I’m really disappointed my products never arrived. I won’t buy from this brand in the future.
