Hice mi pedido hace casi mes y medio y aún no llega

The package didn’t arrive.

I was having a lot of issues receiving my package, eventually having it returned to sender despite being home 90% of the time, with my mom being home the other 10%. When emailed, customer service answered with a generic cut-and-paste response, not really addressing any of my concerns. After a few more emails, including on where I sent a screenshot of my tracking saying return to sender, they sent me THE SAME CUT-AND-PASTE EMAIL essentially telling me to wait, despite the fact that it had said return to sender. I have never had so many issues receiving a package from the US.

My package has not arrived yet, it’s been months. For some reason the palette is in Germany, and I’m from Chile

The blush I got was nice, but the eyeliner pen was broken when it came in. Very disappointing since that is the whole reason I placed the order. Never shopped with colourpop before .

No me ha llegado el pedido. Despues de más de un mes. Y encima pone que el 24 fue imposible la entrega y que vuelve al lugar de destino...es patetico. Por que trabajo en casa y siempre estoy. No han venido. Y dudo que estuviera el paquete en mi pais...si de verdad estuviera el paquete aqui me habria llegado. Como me llegan otros de otros paises y a tiempo...y si el vuestro no...esque algo no cuadra.no recomiendo la compra. Nunca llega..tanto tiempo de espera para nada...no volvere a comprar.
