The packaging is always adorable and the makeup is good quality (besides the eyebrow dip pot and the pen eyeliner) The shipping takes longer than expected. It honestly will make me nervous when I get these palettes and some of the shades have little “*” by the names telling you they eyeshadows aren’t eye safe! Also it annoys me how often they launch products, it’s like twice a week!! People can’t keep up with the launches. Plus the whole scarcity marketing approach is screaming money “hungry” in my opinIon. They have only so much products and a huge following on social media platforms and soooo many ADs you’d think they would be able to have a decent amount of items to launch a product they’re so desperately trying to shove down your throats. Plus the reusing of certain shades in so many palettes like “hungry ghost” made me feel like they made way too much of it and they just throw a bunch of palettes together with that particular shade just to get rid of it.

The products for the most part are great, but the customer support after the fact is lackluster. My wife recently emailed in to get some help with a product she had ordered a couple months ago, but the only responses she gets are scripted responses telling her that it has been more than two weeks since she placed her order and there's nothing that can be done for her.

i placed a wrong order and could not cancel it, it was my mistake but cancellation should be a part of online shopping to make the experience easier and better. Now i have wrong shades of lipsticks which i can never use :(

The products are great and exactly as expected so i'm happy about that. The delivery however was really long (1 month and 10 days to EU). The products took 10 days to ship, which is longer that what the website claims (3-5 days) if i'm not mistaken, and the delivery was stuck in Sweden for 2 weeks (no idea why). Granted it was the Xmas season, so it's a busy time (but since it is known fact, shouldn't the business prepare for the rush?).

I love the product I received, but I waited for a month and some several days more in order to receive my lipsticks. Also, one of the lipsticks was broken.

It took way too long to arrive, a few of the colors looked very different from online and two of the glitter shadows were pressed messily.

The going coconuts palette was a little lack luster because A. i thought it would def smell like coconuts and that was like the perfect opportunity to do it. B. the quality of the mat shadows except for the shade "nutty" are poor quality. they barely show up on my eye even with primer. but the glitter shades show up beautifully.

Good product but, EXTREMELY SLOW SHIPPING.
