I love the products so so much, but it arrived waaaay too late!

The pigments are really awesome and everything was as described. No cracked pans of eyeshadow and the packaging was so lovely. My only issue was the tracking links they provided did not work at all and it took almost exactly one month to arrive.

The quality of products is perfect, but the shipping to my county cost me a lot of troubles. But I receive my order, and very happy about it.

The product is perfect. The problem is, and not because of covid, that in my international shipping I can’t track my packet when it is in my country and that’s annoying because I started to worry.

El servicio estuvo bueno unicamente no me llego 1 paleta de un bundle de Anna y Elsa, específicamente la de Anna,creería la razón fue porque se agotó. El empaquetado excelente protege muy bien los productos.

The quality and price are incredible but I live in Mexico city so that I had a lot of problems with the tracking number that wasn't seen so I had to waiting with uncertain. La calidad y precio son buenos pero en el envio si fue complicado porque nunca vi el número de seguimiento y nunca supe cuando iba a llegar :V

The colourpop eyeshadows are great and mostly very pigmented. I did not regret buying the bare necessities, baby got peach, and in a trance pallets. I was very excited for the lipsticks, but they disappointed me. First of all, I ordered 3 lipsticks, and none of them matched the color swatches on the website. Second, they smell absolutely disgusting. They smell like chlorine or even like bleach.
