Shipping to Australia took a very long time, it took almost 2 weeks just to dispatch the order. Another 10 or more days to receive. I understand the international shipping times takes a long time but I found this was a little too long just for dispatch to occur. Once I received the package I was very excited, However it was a Christmas present for my mother that didn’t come on time due to long wait which I didn’t mind that much but all the products I ordered were not in box. I checked every item (just over a page of items) individually and a magnetic small palette plus a single eye shadow were not in the box. I did not complain or leave a bad review but unfortunately now that you have asked for feedback I am providing it. It may not seem like a big deal but I did pay for these products and not receiving everything is not good enough. Don’t think I will be ordering again, will shop elsewhere. Makeup I did receive is very good, it’s a shame I wasn’t happy with my experience. I understand if you have sold out since the order but the right thing to do is contact me or provide a refund for those products. Thank you for your time.

Order very long to arrive, one lipstick came with the stick not completely plugged into the tube and so damaged.

I liked everything I ordered, my wife loved everything I ordered for her, she was just upset that the eyeshadow pallet was smudged/tested Prices were great for everything I ordered, shipping time was adequate (holidays slowed it down, it’s usually pretty fast) Would have gave 5 stars if the eyeshadow palette wasn’t sampled but everything else was great, will order again

Loved the colors of the lipsticks that I purchased, but one of them arrived in a half solidified/separated state. It wasn't melted, but for some reason it was covered with a layer of oily film. I froze it which kinda helped, but I couldn't get a replacement for it because it was limited edition ):

Colorpop has great products. The price is so affordable. Their customer service is condescending and will just pass you off to "sorry, we are so busy, your order will process soon". Don't buy on a deadline and you will be fine

I love the product I ordered but one of the lipsticks was broken when I got it. Not from shipping from manufacturing, it will not twist out of the tube and colourpop won't send me a replacement. I did however get my money back for that one lipstick. I could order a new lipstick myself but I'd have to pay to ship it to Canada again.

I paid via PayPal and it was like my order was completely forgotten about until I sent an email asking about it weeks later. Then I received notice that it was finally sent. However, I bought makeup to wear for holiday parties, and because it was sent so late, I didn't get to use it for any of the parties. First and last time ordering via the website.

I really like the products and the brand but the international delivery is always problematic A lot of website offer you to pay custom fees upon command so you actually konw how much the order is and there is no surprise at delivery I don't understand why Colourpop won't Moreover, the french post only accept checks and I don't have a check book so I can't take the delivery, I need to go directly to the post station (which is far from home) so I can pay at the desk and finally get my order Honestly it is not worth it unfortunatly so I don't think I be ordering for a while
