The product is really cute and has excellent colors. She was a bit dusty with some colors but overall good quality. It was was easy to make my own palette and fun. However! Shipping was trash. I looked everywhere for an estimated shipping time. Didn’t get it until after I ordered. I ordered on December 8th needed it by December 21st. That’s a pretty healthy amount of time for shipping. I got an order confirmation soon after which still didn’t have an estimate for when the product would arrive. On December 13th ish I finally got an email saying my product was being packed but hadn’t been shipped. December 20th the product arrived. Which was technically in time for when I needed the gift and for which I am thankful. My issue is that Colourpop was not transparent about potential shipping snags or time estimates. This was my first time ordering from them. I have to assume the reason for the lack of transparency is so people kept buying closer and closer to Christmas with out being turned off by maybe not getting product in time. I would like to order from them again but if it’s going to be a mystery when I will receive the product then I won’t be.

The colors in the coconut pallet are awesome however the pans aren’t glued down correctly so the shadows move around. Also the glitter shades are a little weird and some what chunky and uneven. The lattes are awesome though. There are plenty of those for me to make an nice eye look.

Shipping took way too long.

Lipstick broke upon first use. Customer service was great and got a refund but it's a shame that I can't use it anymore and now the lipstick is out of stock.

Out of stock when item was on sale. Restocked two days after the sale and would not honor sale price. Took a long time to process shipment after purchase.

My order which contained a Christmas present arrived late. Though I was notified via email that since my items were in such demand it would take longer to arrive, I didn’t expect it to take over a month. One of my items was a Christmas gift and it arrived after Christmas. The palette also arrived broken. Very disappointing

My eyeliner were broken .

It took almost a month to receive the product, but what I received was good and I enjoyed the products themselves. However I cannot ignore the shipping issue that I received during my first encounter with this company.
