The makeup has taken way too long to arrive even though it shipped less than a week after the order was made. When I contacted costumer service, nothing was done to help locate my order. Nobody had clear answers and no one seemed concerned with the situation at all and this was on two separate occasions. I’m still waiting for the package to arrive almost two months later.
