I never received my items and no one has responded my emails regarding the matter!

Bad costomer service. I ordered a product over a month ago and I just received an empty compact. Contacted costumer service and never received a refund.

I didnt recieve my package. Lo he pagado y no lo he recibido. He contactado cinco veces con atención al cliente y no me han ofrecido ni una respuesta ni un reembolso del producto, ni volver a enviarlo.

I bought a lipstick and blusher because of the free shipping and an influencer recommendation. The lipstick arrives broken, its means unattached from its base structure. And the color blusher doesn´t look like the web. it´s totally different. I will not buy in Colourpop anymore. Thanks for reading.

Defective product, I get completely destroyed. I wrote an email with a photo of the product for a return and they haven't answered me

Mi pedido termino en un pais que no es el mio y llevo mas de 2 meses sin saber di llegara o no, no hay solucion por parte de colourpop cuando el distribuidor se equivoca al mover el paquete

Todavía no recibo mi pedido a casi dos meses de comprarlo
