The pallet itself is really nice the reason I’m giving only three stars is because it took FOREVER to ship and arrive

The product are really great and the price is really ok but i will never shop this brand again because of the transporter, UPS, which is the badest transportef that i ever met. I ordered the package in 09/12/2019 and i've receive it the 09/01/2020 and they make me pay 30€ more. What a shame because i really appreciate the brand

I ordered two items and my shipment only contained one of them, but the packing list said both should be in the shipment. They resent the missing item and it was lost in transit, which was very frustrating. To Colourpop’s credit, they resent the item again and I finally received it!

I ordered a product as a gift for someone two weeks prior to the day of the event, and it took that amount of time to process the order. The package arrived at my door another 2 weeks later (I live in the USA). At this point I had already got the other person another gift so I kept the product for myself (colourpop does not do returns or order cancellations- I tried both). Overall the makeup was great, but would not recommend ordering if you want the product to arrive soon.

Love the product , the shipping time was horrible almost a month , this will deter me from ordering again .

Shipping takes too long

Good: eye shadows, little eye shadow box (bought separately). Bad: mascara is a disaster- clumps from day one, crumbled off the eyelashes in minutes, I was cleaning if from under my eyes all day as it kept dropping - very disappointed. Lip gloss is very sticky, unpleasant to wear and arrived in “Frozen”-themed packaging... I’m 35... The color is good but that’s about it.

Produit correct, livraison très lente et en plus des frais de douane j'ai été surprise par le coût, la moitié du montant de la commande. Première et dernière fois que je commande sur ce site. Merci
