Never received my package
Never received my package, and although I've filled out the form 4 times I've yet to hear any explanation why. Terribly disappointed, as I was really excited for the product!

All Shadow arrived broken. Poor packaging
I bought 3 palettes. All of them was broken. One Shadow for 2 of them. all shadows for the little one. Was so poor the packaging made it for World shipping.

Their products are usually good but the service is the WORST The package was supposed to arrive within 2 weeks, I moved to another house a month after I made my order and yet it had not arrived. I tried changing the address, but all I got was automatic responses. I know my package have been returned but I still have no answer from the company for the money devolution.
