Didn't appreciate the fact that I couldn't return products as well as received damaged items.

Taking “forever” to receive my order!!

J'ai reçu deux fois le même gloss par erreur et non celui que je voulais. Il y avait aussi un lips défectueux mais dans l'ensemble je sur tout de même ravie.

The customer service is great but I got sent a jelly much shadow that was dry so y’all sent me a replacement but that was dry too…

Honestly the quality of most of the products I got were not great and it took quite awhile to arrive. The liquid liners wear off very quickly. I like that you have fun colors, but I won’t repurchase due to the spotty quality. I do like the blotted lipstick I bought.

I bought the winx bundle package and was sent wrong items. The issue was fixed promptly but for the price the quality of the eyeshadow pallet isn't there. The lip glosses and high lighter sticks are good quality but the eyeshadow pallet is underwhelming. I had to wet my brush to even get any pigment for all the non glitter shades. Disappointing purchase but I loved the show as a kid so I decided to keep the set.

Colour Pop use to be my favorite makeup brand of life. I was able to use my afterpay account to make purchases. Colour Pop has since removed the option to use afterpay. They have some many new releases that the afterpay was easy to use. I now only purchase ever so often.

I enjoy the themed products and think this company is a lot of fun; however, the quality is not quite up to par with other cosmetics I have used. The lipsticks smudge and the mascara clumps. So I would purchase items again that are not very expensive and just for fun, but I would not buy something I plan to use every day from here again.
