I am waiting for more than a month for my order and i still do not have it. The Support also could not help me and did not offer any kind of compensation.

I placed an order and it came all the way to my city and then got sent back for an “incomplete address”. I put the correct address. I was very sad that I didn’t receive my ordet

misleading advertisement. very unhappy with purchase. “halloween box” had nothing of halloween or fall. was a complete waste of my money. won’t use a single product. i feel totally taken advantage of.

HORRIBLE SHIPPING & PACKAGING PALETTE TOOK FOREVER TO ARRIVE & when it did it was broke I took a lost & said f it…..The worst company ever….I’ll never ever F with y’all again and that’s on Mary had a little lamb

It has been more than a month since I placed my orders and I am yet to receive them. Very disappointed. I would like to suggest that colour pop gives their customers the option to pay extra for expedited shipping for customers who reside outside the USA. This would ensure that customers like me gets to receive their orders at a specific and stipulated time. Overall,not a great service from color pop.

Absolutely the most disgraceful Halloween Mystery Box ever, it should’ve been listed as a Fall Favs box because the only “Halloween” ish item was the super shock black glitter shadow. Everything else was so dissatisfying and had 0 relation to Spooky Season. Please do better

Terrible order, terrible customer service. First purchase will be my ONLY purchase. Mystery box nightmare. Don't buy them. No refund, return, nothing.
