Shipping speed is slow

It’s really good

Came unexpectedly early

Pretty fast international shipping, my items came intact and overall happy with the shipping/packaging service. Loved my palette and my new brush, the lippie stix unfortunately turned out to be a very different shade than I was expcting based on the photo of a model wearing the shade on the website (jam sesh). It's way more red than the pink I wanted(

The products are great but the shipment takes too long

Haven't bought much from Colourpop, but the eyeshadow pallet i did buy is very pigmented!! Only thing negative is that the red eyeshadow comes out slightly pink. Also bought colorful liquid eyeliners that work well on their own, but when applied on top of eyeshadow, I have to apply the color 2 or 3 times.

I love Colourpop. Their products are great and Ive always received my shipments in a timely matter. The only thing I would like them to do and restock their products more often! But other than that I think they're a great company and will continue to support them!

So pleased that shipping costs include the custom charges for the UK. £20 is a lot but if you do a joint order with a friend or two it isn't too bad! Delivery time for me took over two weeks, maybe three, but I was thrilled with the quality and everything arrived safely with no damaged pans in perfect condition.
