I placed an order of various items, totaling close to $150. After delivered once opened I notice the eyeliner bundle they sent was missing I reached out and an employee sent separate emails first inquiring about the card, needed a pic of the receipt, then they needed a pic of the box with items sent. After all this delay she offered me a coupon, I declined because the coupon wouldn’t cover the shipping at that point she only offered a refund which I accepted but still upset that instead of just sending the item they forgot that I had paid for they didn’t work to correct their mistake. Really disappointed with this last experience, while I try to stay loyal to the brand based off quality, price and brand uniqueness so while I still will spend money I just have to say customer service is not great with no phone number to reach out. Overall fairly quick shipping unless there’s a sale at which it takes awhile.

there’s a lot of fallout from the pallet. some of the glitter colors you really have to dig your brush into the shade and it results in a lot of movement. The lip color shades are the exact same color just slightly pigmented different. overall the entire Sailor Moon package wasn’t really worth the price it cost but I will have a lot of product for the next year.

I love Sailor Moon and I wanted the box, so I ordered the whole set, but it didn’t come with the box. The glitter is amazing.

The shipping process takes a long time. Otherwise, I am happy with my purchase.

Colourpop is a great and affordable brand! However, the consistency between palettes may not always be the most desirable; but usually, the pigment (in the shadows) is an excellent value for the price. The brand itself carries many excellent makeup products, although I haven't tried their skincare products. Colourpop always have fun collabs to appeal to their audiences! (They don't mindlessly slap someone's face on the package just to make money!)

I waited too long, but was worth it! Maybe it's just because of distance and under the current pandemic. It's one of my beautiful lipstick
