really pretty & unique colors, but bikini bottom broke my first day wearing it out in public :((

I ordered a customized palette. It was very nice but missing a shade.

It’s was ok, but it takes a long time fore you to receive your package.

2 of the lipsticks i think are expired. 1 lipstick - the component doesn’t work properly. It took a long time to get to me. I really like the eyeshadow though

The shipping took a long time and the quality of the products is not high the eyebrows pencil came broken other then that everything was fine

My order took longer than anticipated to arrive, but it was over the holidays so that's to be expected. I'm giving Colourpop a three out of five because the eyeliner and mascara that I ordered just weren't that long lasting. However, despite the fact that they would both smear off throughout the day they were both really hard to get off at night, I don't think the products were waterproof either.

I love ColourPop Products but the Shipping time is just way too long. They need a faster way to get products to the customer.
