The quality of the products from colourpop are phenomenal. They are low priced with incredible pigment and quality but, if you have any issues with your order you’re screwed. Colourpop has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. THEY forgot an item from my order and proceeded to put me through the ringer and I’ve never gotten my item. They are sarcastic, unhelpful, and dishonest about their policies. From now on, I’m only going to buy their products from another seller like Ulta, who has phenomenal customer service that will go above and beyond to help you if something is wrong with the product. Overall, great product but terrible customer service! I will not be buying directly from colourpop ever again.

Just be aware that if you order from the UK, even if you get free shipping from spending over $50, you will STILL have to pay customs fees! Unlike other companies (I'm thinking Lime Crime), they don't pay for you, and I got hit with a £17.09 customs fee! Maybe it's my fault but I wasn't expecting such a high fee. I remember ordering from Lime Crime and paying about $11 (£8) for shipping and I didn't have to pay any duties. Why can't it be the same with Colourpop? Anyway, the actual products themselves are GREAT. I have no complaints. The Lippie Stix are creamy, the liquid matte lipsticks dry down quickly and aren't streaky. I found an actual brow pencil that is the right shade of brown which is amazing. But, be warned UK shoppers, of the duties that you will have to pay. Oh and delivery took about 2 weeks.

Placed my first order with them and the products arrived late. There was a note with an eyeliner apologizing for the delay. I swatched a few of the colors and one had long hairs covering the wand. It was gross! So I emailed their customer service and was told to send photos. I sent photos and was told that it could not be replaced. They said they would, however, have a 1-time courtesy refund. I'm a little irritated how they handled the situation, and probably will not be ordering from them anytime soon.
