Shipping took to super long!

Good products, but very slow shipping. Estimated ship dates are way off. If you need something within a week or two, buy elsewhere.

I’m a little disappointed that there is no mirror on this particular pallet, Blush. It’s priced $2 higher than most of the 9 pan pallets so you would think they could throw in a mirror. Aside from that, the colors are gorgeous & blend well. This will definitely be my valentines pallet!

I recently placed an order, ther product was available, and ther next day they sent me an order cancelling it, like a robocall message. Backstory: a few months ago I accidentally placed an order, couldn't cancel. And when the box arrived I sent it right back unopened, with tracking. Could it be that they blackballed me for returning an unopened box?? I know their policy is no returns, but their order system is very sensitive and unforgiving, no option to cancel. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Can’t really review since I ordered before Christmas for a present and never received it he post office delivered wrong address and still trying to claim it on post office for the third time the first 2 was denied won’t take responsibility. Other than that I assume it was a great kit as everything else I’ve order is of great value.

Love the colors but disappointed with the quality of the lip brush. Two of the four I purchased came with splayed hairs on the brush which I had to trim because they wouldn't lay down. Prices are reasonable and shipping was relatively fast considering I ordered during the holidays.

I’ve always loved the products and service from Colourpop but this last purchase was a bit of a trial. I made an order on the first of the month and over a week later (I want to say 10 days?) I still hadnt received a shipping notification. I emailed customer service to find out if I could cancel my order as it hadnt shipped yet and it contained gifts so I wanted to be know if I should wait on it or keep shopping. The next day I received a pretty rude email back that there are 0 cancellations or returns and then immediately after that received a shipping notice. So I still love the products but I’m not so impressed with the level of service after the company has grown.
