Never had a problem with Colourpop until a couple of days ago when USPS never delivered my item or updated it's tracking status. Figured my parcel has gone missing since another parcel from Colourpop that was ordered just a day letter arrived five days ago. Emailed Colourpop about the missing parcel not once, but twice and their customer service representatives just copied and pasted the same message TWICE. If my parcel never gets delivered to me or these people do not do anything about it, Colourpop is losing my business for good.

swatches on the site are NOTHING like the real product, looked at them from 5 different devices with all different types of brightness. The lipglosses are so sticky that my mouth stays stuck, the matte liquid lipsticks are patchy, the ''she'' eyeshadow palette lacks pigment (only about 3 of the shades have decent pigment), the pressed powder blush has no pigment, the super shock highlighters have no pigment (and it isn't buildable either). However it isn't just the products that suck, the customer service is also awful. My package had been lost in the post for two weeks and they took 5 days to respond just with a basic ''it's on its way!'' with no other information on my order. Overall I say stay far away from colourpop unless you have a store near you that stocks the product where you can go and swatch them, other than that you might as well buy some drugstore makeup.

I referred the bretman rock x colopop WET lip trio and the satin lip was not satin at ALL! It came in all clumped up and dry. So disappointed. And what’s worse is there’s no return or exchange policy.

Overview: very good products at a great value, but customer service is there to protect profits and brand reputation not to actually serve customers I've ordered successfully from ColourPop at least three times in the past. I enjoy their products and find them very well-priced. Each time I've ordered, I have used a discount code without issue. This last go-round, I attempted to use a 48 hour code in the 47th hour after having received the offer in my email. It did not work, so I reached out to customer service asking for help. They responded within 30 minutes to inform me they wouldn't honor it because "it wouldn't be fair to other customers." I work in customer service myself and this is one of the worst responses to give as it attempts to shame the customer by suggesting that you're asking for something unreasonable. I submitted a new customer service request with a screenshot proving that I had attempted to redeem the code within the 48 hour period after receiving the code on my email. I also gave feedback on their first response and how I felt it was not supportive, productive, or respectful. It has been 4 days now with no response. I found an affiliate code to use to purchase what I needed, but I am now left with a very bad impression of ColourPop's integrity. They are all about giving free products to influencers to promote them but then they disregard the concerns of actual paying customers. Not a good look.

Customer service is the absolute worse! I signed up with ColourPop with my email which gave me a discount code for $5 off of my order. I immediately made a purchase and noticed the $5 wasn’t taken off of the total price of my order. I reached out to customer service to let them know that there was no place for me to enter the discount code and that I didn’t receive the $5 off my total order as promised. Well, needless to say they emailed me back two days later AFTER the order had already shipped and told me the order couldn’t be “modified”. Well it’s not my fault their website is faulty and didn’t give me the discount I should’ve received. So nothing will be done and customer service was very nonchalant about the situation and just kept saying unfortunately it can’t be modified.. well this is not the way you feat paying customers. I would’ve been happy if they wouldn’t just offered me $5 off of another future purchase but nope. Nothing. So I won’t be shopping with them anymore. Seems their poor customer service is common, which is unfortunate. Everyone should know if there are issues with your order, customer service won’t do anything to rectify the issue. So don’t waste your time!!

My first purchase with Colourpop was 3 items. The “Give it to me Straight” palette and 2 single shadows. Let’s just say I paid for a 12 shadow makeup palette and only got 8 shadows. Not buying from them again. Don’t recommend.

Jeg bestilte for 1 måned siden makeup for 53 $ (så jeg fik gratis fragt), men jeg fik først min pakke i dag. Jeg skrev til dem for en uge siden, og de skrev at nogengange så bliver trackingen ikke opdateret, hvilket stressede mig meget fordi jeg havde ingen anelse om hvor pakken var. Jeg betalte 240 kr. i told hvilket er skide nederen, men det er den pris man må betale. Ingen af produkterne er gået i stykker og jeg er ret vild med de ting jeg har købt. Så må man vel vurdere om det er pengene værd ;)
