Horrible customer service.

I received my pallet broken, notified Colourpop and was sent a replacement, the same two shadows were broken in the replacement. I Didn't notify Colourpop of the damaged replacement.

Hace un mes que hice un pedido y desde hace 10 días pone que está en mi país, pero desde entonces no hay novedades en el número de seguimiento ni llega ni me dicen nada. Sigo sin mi pedido pero el dinero se cobró desde el primer día y no fué una compra pequeña. Mandé correo y no me contestan. EDIT: HAN PASADO YA DOS MESES Y SIGUE SIN APARECER Y ELLOS SIN RESPONDER NI HACERSE RESPONSABLES...

I never received my order and I never could get a response from the email only customer service. No customer service phone number available. Horrible experience!! Over $100 down the drain. Will never purchase from them again.

No he recibido mi producto, llevo 1 mes y dos semanas esperando. Mi producto lleva un mes en la centrar de distribución.

The freckle pen turned green from light brown in few weeks and customer service hasn't replied as fast as they promised.

I received someone else's order and have been trying to reach the customer service team to no avail. I'm not upset about the package, I understand mistakes happen but the lack of response really disappoints me because I've been a Colourpop fan and buyer for years now.
