Probably good makeup for younger people, but very drying on senior skin.

Was excited to receive this product as a gift during Christmas. After about two weeks, product had not shipped even after a email to their customer care team. After a second frustrating email four days later, of course my package had been put in priority. However after shipping almost three weeks late and one day before Christmas, my package arrived two days after the holiday. No apology or future coupon was offered for the inconvenience. The purchase was not made with these intentions but it was frustrating that the company knowingly accepted holiday orders that they knew could not be filled in a timely fashion, especially during this time of year. In the end, the product was great as promised and still love the brand and what they stand for. Clear communication and better policies in place to serve their customer base would be nice but is the inconsistent nature of the industry. Would definitely recommend in the future but be wary of ordering with a timeline in mind.

Great quality products. Unfortunately I'm dissapointed of their order waiting time and their really slow international shipment process which is a little bit expensive taking in consideration how slow it is.

The quality of the lipsticks is realy good. I love it, but if you live in europe, especially in Germany, than you may have to pay customs duties (I had to pay it). That was a little disappointing.

I honestly love the affordableness of Colourpop! However, the individual blush and shadows fell a bit short for me. I don't wear foundation so I thought the blush would be pretty easy to apply. It was a little patchy and takes a lot of blending. Same in regards to the eyeshadows. This could be because I only want a slight wash of color rather than super pigmented pops of color. However, I love the highlight. The fine powder does not have a lot of fall out and it is very easy to apply to my freshly moisturized face with my finger. I also love the lipsticks because they do not dry too matte, which does require touch-ups after eating (but I don't mind this since I don't want lipsticks to dry too matte causing drying and patchiness).
