I was not able to use the coupon you gave me because it was for orders under 20 dollars but with taxes and shipping my order was 24 and even then it should be 15 not 20

I've purchased Colourpop in store and was pleased with the pigment of their eye shadows so I decided to place a bigger order on their website. I ordered a custom 26 shade pallet. It took about a week just for my order to ship then another 3-4 days to receive it. Once I got my order it was missing 5 shades and the empty pallet the 26 shadows go in!! Of course they don't have a customer service number so it was another 3 days to get an email from them telling me it would be another 5-7 days for the rest of my order to ship. The products are great but their customer service is a nightmare. I will not be ordering from their online store again.

I love the colourpop products and have been a customer for 3 years. However, my latest ordering experience had made me change my mind. I took part of their 30 percent off sale on July 7. Weeks passed and I'm wondering why my order was late. I got emails telling me to review my latest purchase. USPS says it was returned to sender for an unknown reason (which I know is the fault of USPS and not them) and Colourpop didn't bother to tell me that it was returned to them. I emailed customer service on July 25. And they said it could take 7 to 10 business days to process the refund, but they could NOT send me my items. They said I would have to order again...and I'm assuming I won't be able to at the sale price I had ordered them previously. I just want my stuff. I felt Colourpop handled this poorly and were apathetic about my experience. Didn't even bother to tell me USPS sent my stuff back to them.

I ordered quite a few things from colourpop a little over a week ago and received my package yesterday. I was supposed to get 10 items total but ended up only getting 9. In addition to only getting 9, I opened and tested all of my products and found that in a face bundle, one of my items were wrong. They were supposed to send me a face oil, face milk, and a lippie scrub but I got two face oils. Like what am I going to do with two?? Even the products I got right are poorly made. The liquid eyeliner doesn’t fully dry and smears, the dark brow gel doesn’t dry and smears, and the liquid lipstick applied unevenly. And I’ve been using lipstick for years with no issues from other brands. I wanted to try colourpop since people constantly rave about their lip products and the only think that I like is the headband and eyeshadow. Really disappointing. I’d rather just go to the drug store than order from colourpop again. At least drug store products always work and cost the same. This brand really needs to get better quality check, and shipping checkers.

I ordered for 55 dollars to Europe - paid customs only to recieve the wrong order meant for somebody on the other side of the world! Nothing was what I wanted or ordered. I sent an email and just a few hours laterI did get a reply, luckily. However I requested a refund because I didn't want to pay customs AGAIN for a new package (and the only way to get a refund on taxes is to send back the item, which would literally cost me more money anyway). They totally ignored that part and said they would send me my correct order in about 5-7 business days and that they didn't issue refunds. I would be okay with that if I didn't have to pay extra taxes for a new order... I will wait and see what happens with my new order and luckily it will be correct. If it shows up and is correct that would be great, but I might not order there again - I understand they are human and make mistakes, but this one was so bad that I really don't understand how you can mix up a small European country to one of the largest countries in the world.

I have purchased my first ColourPop items when I was in Australia, and my second purchase in Indonesia. The package that I ordered from Australia was received 2 months after I ordered it. I recently (Dec 2018) bought new stuff from them to deliver to Indonesia. I was expecting it to be late. The website did mentioned it may take 21 business days for them to deliver internationally. Knowing that their logistics and shipments are not spot on, I have put a reminder on my calendar and track the package at all time. I looked up at the tracking was quite surprised that everything was processed quickly. Everything went smooth until it arrived in Jakarta. It says arrived in Jakarta and is in transit to your destination from the 3rd of Jan for quite a long time. I emailed them on Jan 10th so they can check on it while the case is still new. They responded and assured me that the package is still in transit and may just be missing a scan. They even asked me to contact my local post office to check on it. Seriously? Shipping should be a seller’s responsibility. There’s lots of different post offices in Indonesia. There’s JNE, there’s POS Indonesia, TIKI, and lots of other company offering the same service. Which one does USPS send my item to? They would also have a different tracking code as it changed from International delivery to Domestic. Anyhow, I waited again until 26th of Jan, and emailed them that I haven’t received it, please check it for me. They responded back and said, “It looks like there is a transit delay.” Like seriously?! Obviously I notice that. Again, they assured me that everything’s fine and screenshotted a tracking details which doesn’t add any other information that I have. It still says it’s still in transit and there’s no proof that the item is not lost. Oh and FYI, my name is Cindy, not Cindi. They kept on calling me Cindi when I have clearly written my name “CINDY” at the end of the mail. What the hell. A customer service who can’t even type your customer’s name right, MULTIPLE TIMES. I am furious but I am still being nice to them. I told them that I do think the item’s lost as their screenshot doesn’t show anything more than what I already know. I asked them specifically, how many days I need to wait more as it has passed the 21 days estimation. They told me that it should arrive on the 4th of Feb. Obviously, it didn’t arrive. I told them that this is the 4th of Feb and I haven’t receive anything. I am very disappointed in how things are handled and asked for a full refund. Another guy then came back to me and offer me a redelivery instead. However, if the item that I ordered is not available, they will issue a store credit for future purchase and ask for another delivery address. ??? Seriously? So if the item’s unavailable, I have to do a repurchase again, and shop at least U$50 to get a free-shipping. No thanks. I told them I want a full refund. And guess how rude they were when replying my email. “Per your request, I have issued you a one time courtesy refund for your product. Please allow 7-12 business days for your refund to be processed.” One time courtesy?? Are you serious ColourPop? It is not a courtesy when you say “one time” before it. And FYI, it is your responsibility to deliver the item to the buyer, not a courtesy. I feel bad for the company because they do have beautiful products. However their customers service are impolite and their international shipping is so so disappointing. If you don't live in the US, don't bother.

International customers BEWARE! I had ordered the shaylaxcolourpop palette( as well as a few other things), sometime in November. I understand, international shipping can take a long time however, it is January and it still hasn't been delivered to me. This was my first ever order from colour pop and I was super excited. I had contacted Colourpop in December after being concerned that it wouldn't arrive to me in south east England until after Christmas ( I was planning on going away, and was concerned I would miss the delivery, they basically told me that 30 working days needed to pass before they could do anything. Anyway, today, I discovered that the UK courier company had not received the parcel and the parcel was essentially in limbo, and in order to get my purchases I would have to ask for a replacement package where there was no guarantee it would arrive. By ordering the replacement I would no longer have a right to a refund (even if the second package did not arrive). I decided to get a refund (which isn't going to arrive in my account, for at least another 7 days, which is entirely too long). The policy in regard to international orders not being fulfilled is wrong. Refunds should be available at any point before the parcel has been delivered. I cannot express how aggravating and stressful this experience has been.
