Almost 2 months and I am here waiting to my packaging leave Germany. Not what I thought

Invoice was wrong, because of this I must to pay additional taxes to my customs. Tried to contact support, but nobody is answering

Unfortunately only sent part of my large order and never replied when I requested help getting the rest

I can’t say anything about my products YET because they haven’t arrived. I bought them on april 15th and it’s june 3rd. Bad.

the package has not arrived yet, the information of the delivery is unsatisfactory. it was sending by DHL and i dont know why it was changed to correos de chile. I dont have any actualizatión of the delivery one month ago...

I still haven't received my order, it's been over a month since i ordered it and when i track it, it says that my order is in IPZ Frankfurt since May 4th

I never got my products and never heard back from Colourpop after multiple attempts to reach out and rectify the issue. My products were lost during a transfer from DHS shipping to USPS. This is clearly not my fault. I contacted both DHS and USPS who both answered that they did not have the package and I should contact the retailer. I emailed Colourpop twice and neither time received a response. Now, I am frustrated, $50.00 poorer, and with no makeup. I will never order from Colourpop again and will advise my friends to abstain as well.
