I have been following this companyfor a long long long time in the beginning they had great great prices and the ultra matte liquid lip with every color you could imagine since they grew they have raised all there prices and cut a ton of my fav colors my makeup chest is packed full of colour pop but now that they have raised there prices and cut there color stock im DISAPPOINTED there are NO pinks anymore what happend to all the pink matte colours all mauvy boring

shipping took forever, received the wrong products last time

I used to love Colourpop. Tons of great lip colors. For some reason they have not only dramatically reduced the selection but WHY DO THEY KEEP GETTING RID OF CERTAIN COLORS?! The colors I want have one by one been discontinued. No real reason for me to even shop there any more, I’ll try these two NEW colors but after this I’m done, I’m tired of getting burned when I try these “new” colors because the other ones are no longer produced.

Disappointed my $15 off didnt work when i switched to afterpay

Great products, poor customer service and international shipping can be VERY good, or EXTREMELY poor depending which service it gets posted with, something customer services seem to have no idea about!

Too many released in short amount of time. Shipping times are ridiculous.

i shared my link to get 20% and it didnt worked for her and kept that it is not intended on your own purchase. i emailed them and got no help im very upset i buy alot from colourpop and this is what i got :( not a good customer service experience at all.

I didn’t realize it takes 5 days to process an order and an additional 5-9 days to ship. This is cradytown. I’ll never order again.
