The products were great but the customer service was very horrible though. Their packaging system is ineffective and the customer service is very unhelpful. I really wanted to support them because they are an indie brand but in the end it was a horrible experience dealing with them.

Really disappointed because my product came damaged and I never got a reply from customer service on the email I sent about my order. Never got a resolution and couldn't find a phone number to call for customer service.

They do not provide a solution to my problem, they have not yet sent me an invoice for a purchase and for that reason I cannot enter the purchase into the country

I have not received my order until now. I have sent an email to Colourpop but I haven't received any responses. I have also tried calling the courier (DHL) but no one is giving me the right answers. The latest advise I got from the courier is to contact Colourpop. This is just sad because most of my transactions are fine. Yet I dunno what has happened this time.
