I'm a big fan of colourpop. The only thing I don't totally love are their false lashes. The Minx lashes fell apart after my first use ???? Haven't had that happen before so I was a little disappointed. Besides that their lippies are beautiful and so are their eyeshadow pallets

Great customer service, great product, great price. And I love that they’re cruelty free and made in North America. This significantly cuts down on carbon emissions for the transportation of their products (if you’re ordering in North America that is). BUT they’re packaging is a little over the top. So much foam and plastic and extra cardboard. I wish they’d have a container exchange or refill program. Or more biodegradable options

It's a pity that one of the very beautiful eyeshadow is broken.And the express couldn't contact me, so it was delayed for several days.

I never have any major problems with colourpop. I get great service with them. Although this last purchase I didn’t get one thing, it said on the website it was available but it turned out to be sold out after I had paid for it, so that was a bummer. But In the end everything worked out great. Thank you colourpop :)

Eyeshadows are very pigmented and are easy to blend. Only a few glitter shades can be a little challenging. I love the lippie pencils, colors are beautiful, not drying. Takes them 2 wks to send your order so patience required.
