I have 2 orders waiting for arrival. 1 since end of Nov 2019 and another is first week of Dec 2019. Its already coming Feb and the shipment has yet arrived, when needed for my Christmas and Chinese New year look. Contact customer support, yes I do get the response but no certain time frame of when will they replace my lost items. Valentine Day is coming and I will not have a palette or new make up look as I wanted to give their product a try.

Stick foundation came broken

I purchased an eye shadow pallet for my daughter and she loves the colors, they are very vibrant and long lasting. The only reason that I did not give Colourpop a higher star rating is because of how long it took to receive the item. I had purchased other items from different websites at the same time I purchased the eye shadow and they all arrived rather quickly, while Colourpop had not even processed my order. It wasn't until I sent out an email stating my situation (a couple weeks later) did they process it and send it out. Overall as a product, they are wonderful, but in my opinion in regards to good customer service, they still need work.

Pros: The actual products are amazing. They perform beautifully and flawlessly! Also, great prices! Cons: Upon ordering, I never get an estimated shipping “window” at checkout or in my confirmation email so I never know when I’m expected to get my order delivered. From the time I place my order to the time it arrives at my doorstep is a very long time and the time of year seems to make no difference. Customer service is prompt and helpful when answering questions about ETA of my package though. Also, the outer and inner packages are ALWAYS damaged. They sometimes look like they’ve been used and/or thrown around. My eyeshadow palette was so damaged that the pans fell out when I opened them for the first time. There are scratches, scuffs, and marks all over the products (inner packaging) and the boxes (outer packaging) were smashed. This has been consistent with each product and each purchase. I love the actual products but these issues are disheartening and I have refrained from buying anything else since my last order because of these issues.

Some of the shades I got were chalky. Even the shimmers. I’ve ordered from you many times before so it was confusing. Also, the mirror on the frozen palette will pull some of the circles out when I open it since it’s all magnetic. As for the lips, not even the same shades as online. Pretty disappointed but I can deal with it. That’s all in the reviews either way. All in all, I am happy. But wish it was perfect.
