i still didn’t get my order.. i ordered it 4 weeks ago

The lipstick is a nice color, but on the models it showed it shiny, not matte. The eyeliner is a great color, but when I pulled the lid off, about an inch of the liner fell out. This morning when I went to use it, having it up only an 1/8 of an inch, it broke off. So....not sure I'll purchase from here again. 😩

It’s been a week since I’ve ordered and I haven’t even gotten an email saying that the order is being processed to ship. I love the prices and the product I just wish the shipping information in the confirmation email was accurate as I thought my order would at least be on its way to me by now.

Color did not match what was online. WAY darker. I could not wear because I looked like a Halloween witch

i submitted my order on 18th sept and till today (25th sept) there has been no updates of when they're gonna ship my stuff to me

Love the makeup, but customer service has to improve. There needs to be a way to contact the company and get service and issues resolved faster--not within a couple days. I will think twice about ordering again.

I bought a huge amount of product in one order, including almost every one of the 9-pan monochromatic color palettes. 2 of the palettes arrived with damaged mirrors, and I reached out to customer service for a partial refund and they said the mirror is considered decoration and was damaged during shipping (not the case, it was clearly a manufacturing defect) and they refused to return or refund due to it being considered decoration. If the mirrors weren't included, the palette would almost certainly be a couple dollars cheaper so I feel I am at least owed a refund for the value of the mirror

the discount never is good and the packet never came complete.
