Never received my order!

I have been trying to contact customer service about my package for a week now. The order was paid online and the courier requires another payment. I am hoping that the negative feedback will finally make someone contact me and clarify the matter. My order number is #19076882

3 months of shipping delay, definitely the worst, even aliexpress shipping is faster

I still have not received my purchase

I never received my order. I have emailed colurpop 3 times without resolve. They corrected my address to the wrong address. It's been 2 months since ordering.

The package took almost a month to arrive. When I checked on DHL website they told me to ask the merchant. I asked your customer service they didn’t really check but just ask me to wait. So there was basically no proper answer.

I received damaged merchandise and requested a replacement 3 times through the website, uploaded a photo of the damaged product...all unanswered. Reached out via Facebook through messenger several times, I could see the messages were received but they went unanswered. There is no customer service email or number. I will no longer be ordering from Colourpop.
