Most everything was packaged perfectly and came in a timely manner. My pallet did have a few pressed powders that broke along the edges but wasn’t too bad.

I love almost everything I receive from ColourPop! There are a just a few things I've been unimpressed with. There prices are amazing, and their products are super high quality. It does take a while for the orders to process, sometimes a couple weeks. I received one product in the wrong size, and their customer service team was easy to work with; I'm being sent the proper size product.

The color story in the Garden Variety palette is so perfect!! It has all the colors I reach for the most in one convenient place. The only negative observation I have made is that the formula seems to be slightly different in this palette compared to others I have from CP. It seems dustier :( Which is why I didn't give it 5 stars

My order unfortunately has a palette that has an eyeshadow pan cracked and a palette that has fallout all over the lid.

I’ve experienced quite a few hurdles with my orders with colourpop. Had quite a number of cancelled orders, and charged credit cards. However, their customer service is really superb and very accommodating. The orders came in a bit late, but understandable due to our current state. Overall, I will buy again very soon.

Everything was okay, however one of the items arrived broken and I waited the packages over a month, thanks!

3rd order in colourpop and as expected, products were great. However, the thing that amazed me the most is the customer service, I accidentally put the same item twice in my cart then immediately checked out. Fortunately, the customer service rep I emailed was able to exchange the said item for another. Terrific job! I’d give a 5 if only the shipping/processing takes less time. Overall, colourpop’s great!
