I love colourpop, they have a wide range of products and they are all so different from what is out there in the beauty community. I’ve bought several thing from colourpop and they all came in a short amount of time and they came not damaged! I really recommend colourpop it’s affordable, different, and adorable!

I was really disappointed when my items weren't received before Christmas. However, I was happy with the products.

I think the overall company idea is fantastic -- made in the U.S. for quality and health control, and the packaging is awesome! However, the glitter eyeshadow ends up all over your face by the end of the day, turning you in to Ziggy Stardust.

The colour didn't really match what I had expected and one of the shade leaves a weird pale gray 'rim' on my lips. The formula feels great, but I probably can't wear them out ever.

I love the products but you guys bring out products then stop carrying them and it would be nice to know if some items are one time only or if they are coming back

I'm not super happy with my purchases through Colourpop, but I am satisfied with their customer service. I ordered the Sweet Talk eyeshadow palette from them, along with a liquid lipstick (which the lipstick I DO love). The shipping did take a bit of time, but that's to be expected since I ordered it around the holidays and things get hectic. When I received my product I was really let down when I saw that one of the pressed powders was just bad quality. It didn't fill the entire pan it was in and it was crumbling/cracking around the edges. I emailed their customer support and was pleasantly surprised that they responded quickly and efficiently, immediately sending me a new palette to arrive in the next few business days! Yay!! Except, the new palette has literally the exact same problem, same eyeshadow, same damage.... I'm thinking it's got to be a batch issue, but I assumed they had quality control/check for this stuff. I feel like if I'm spending the extra $10 on what's supposed to be a higher quality brand of eyeshadow (than, say, a drugstore brand which I typically buy instead) I shouldn't be having these issues, or at the very least I shouldn't have it TWICE in a row... I don't know that I'll ever buy anything from them again, not because I'm disappointed in the overall quality, because the shadows are quite good, but because I don't feel like it's worth it if I won't even get an undamaged palette at any point.
